Faculty members serve as coaches to our athletic teams, cementing the relationships developed within the classrooms. These adults teach important lessons and our coaches and staff are always working to build both the skills and the self-esteem of each player. Our interscholastic and recreational programs offer our students the opportunity to hone their leadership skills and develop and embody key values including self-discipline, humility, and respect for others that will inspire them to lead rewarding and active lives.

Competitive sports teams such as soccer, basketball, hockey, and cross-country running are offered in the upper elementary grades and they serve to help students continue the development of their basic skills. Intramural sports such as soccer, basketball, yoga and dancing are run throughout the academic year. Kuper Academy high school is a member of the Greater Montreal Athletic Association, fielding competitive teams for boys and girls in soccer, football, golf, tennis, hockey, basketball, swimming, rugby, touch football, lacrosse, cross-country running and track and field. A fleet of buses safely transport our students to their sporting activities. Our elite hockey teams travel to New England to compete against high level American teams. Over 150 of our students have received scholarships to preparatory schools and many subsequently to prestigious universities in the United States
